The first test is to measure the starting torque as the outer track is carried out and the inner track is turned on. When the bearing is rotating, the average torque is measured during several rotations.
The resistance torque of the gear train is measured by the conduction and measure the torque on the input shaft. Then the reaction during the whole travel gear is measured on the fly.
Seat Freezing function
The first task of the process is to carry out a breaking function by exercising the part through its complete movement a predetermined number of times. After breaking, the part is rotated through its complete movement (once) to measure the minimum and maximum torque values. The seat latch is then moved to the position ship.
Hinge Tension Adjustment
The door hinge is first rotated in both directions and the maximum torque is measured and stored. Then, based on the maximum torque, the tension spring is adjusted to increase or decrease the torque required to rotate the hinge.
